Description
Epithelial KCa channel activator (for KCa3.1 channel, K0.5 = 84 µM). Hyperpolarize aortic valve endothelial cells to the same extent as acetylcholine. It also promotes the differentiation of embryonic stem cells (ESC) into cardiomyocytes. Exhibits vasodilation and anticonvulsant properties.
