Description
AlexaFluor® 350 hydrazide can be used as a cell tracer and reactive dye for labeling aldehydes or ketones in polysaccharides or glycoproteins. AlexaFluor®350 is a blue fluorescent dye with excitation effect, which is very suitable for UV laser line. The AlexaFluor 350 dye used for stable signal generation in imaging and flow cytometry is water-soluble and insensitive to pH in the range of pH 4 to pH 10.
