Description
AlexaFluor®488 hydrazide can be used as a cell tracer and as a reactive dye to label aldehydes or ketones in polysaccharides or glycoproteins. AlexaFluor®488 is a bright green fluorescent dye with excitation light, which is very suitable for the 488 nn laser line. The AlexaFluor®488 dye used for stable signal generation in imaging and flow cytometry is water-soluble and insensitive to pH in the range of pH 4 to pH 10.
