Description
AM1-43 is a fixable, activity-dependent fluorescent nerve ending probe. The function of AM1-43 is similar to NerveGreen C4, but with additional properties that can be repaired. Therefore, AM1-43 is a useful tool for synapse research and requires subsequent fluorescence immunochemical analysis. AM1-43 and FM1-43 have the same excitation and emission wavelengths.
