However, in vivo experiments in animal models often require complex controlled environments and ethical issues, and cellular experiments may be limited in their representation of physiological conditions. Ex vivo experiments refer to experiments and measurements performed in tissues in an artificial environment outside the organism. This method minimizes changes in the cellular environment, by which tissue pathology and pharmacology can be observed and analyzed more closely compared with in vitro experiments. A high-quality and reliable ex vivo assay means that your previous complex treatment exploration and procedure have paid off.
