Novel, pH responsive FFN. Enables pH measurement of secretory vesicles.
- Biological Activity:
- A new type of pH-responsive fluorescent pseudo-neurotransmitter (FFN). Rodent VMAT1 and VMAT2 substrates. The pH of catecholamine vesicles secreted in PC-12 cells can be measured in situ. Bright enough, stable light, suitable for two-photon fluorescence microscope and standard fluorescence microscope. Compatible with GFP tags.
