The immortalized human dopaminergic neuron precursor cells at Creative Biolabs, also known as the Lund human midbrain (LUHMES) cell line, are tetracycline-controlled, and overexpress v-myc-derived human midbrain-derived cell line MESC2.10. Cloning. This cell line is a valuable neuron model for neurodevelopmental research, disease modeling and neuropharmacology.
