Description
NeuCell™ human 3D brain organoids are different from human iPSCs. These organoids are similar in size, shape, cell composition and structure, and can be cultured for up to several years. These organoids express all six cortical-specific markers after 90 days of culture, such as REELIN, CUX1, BRN2, SATB2, CTIP2, and TBR1, similar to the composition of human cortex in vitro. NeuCell™ human 3D brain organoids are available in 96 or 384-well format, which can be used for disease modeling, drug screening, toxicity studies, etc.
