This antibody pair can be used to quantify human Semaphorin 7A. The BSA and azide free antibody pairs include non-conjugated capture and detection antibodies suitable for sandwich ELISAs. According to the determination of protein A280 method, the antibody concentration provided is about 1 mg/ml. The recommended antibody location is based on elisa's internal optimization.
