Antibody NRP-0422-P561 specific binding to Nav 1.7 peptide. NRP-0422-P561 monoclonal antibody produces a dose-dependent inhibition of Nav1.7 currents. Monoclonal antibody 983 reduces electrically induced DRG spike frequency in vitro.
