The mouse MAP2 ELISA kit is a single wash 90-min sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of MAP2 protein in cell culture supernatant, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. The quantitative sensitivity of mouse MAP2 is 43.31 pg/ml.
