Description

On the second day after birth, MM from Creative Biolabs was extracted from the brains of C57BL/6 mice. MM is kept frozen after purification and transported frozen. In a 1 ml volume, each vial contains more than 1 x 10^6 cells. Immunofluorescence, CD11b, and F4/80 antibodies are characteristics of MM. Mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungus are all absent in MM. However, it is not advised to utilise MM for protracted or long-term culture since the cells will not grow in traditional culture. MM is guaranteed to be further cultivated under the conditions supplied by Creative Biolabs.
