Mouse trigeminal astrocytes from Creative Biolabs are isolated from CD1 or C57BL/6 trigeminal nerve tissue. Sensitization of trigeminal ganglion neurons contributes to primary headache disorders such as migraine. Mouse trigeminal astrocytes are useful tools to explore its functions and how nerve cells interact in migraine.
