Description
NeuCell™ human iPSC-derived GABAergic neurons are neuronal cultures (>99% Map2 positive neurons) containing 80% GABA or VGAT positive cells. The anti-GABA and anti-VGAT immunocytochemistry was spotted along the dendrites at DIV 35. These cells can be used for GABAergic neuron-related disease modeling, drug screening and toxicology testing.

Mycoplasma Testing
The cell line has been screened using the PCR-based Mycoplasma Detection kit to confirm the absence of Mycoplasma species.
