Description

The human neural stem cell characterization kit contains three key molecular markers: Nestin, Sox 2, and Musashi. These markers are commonly utilized to identify neural stem/progenitor cells, as well as more specific lineage markers like bIII-tubulin for neurons, GFAP for astrocytes, and O1 for oligodendrocytes. The kit also supplies mouse and rabbit immunoglobulins for evaluating background staining. All antibodies in this kit have undergone thorough testing and optimization for immunocytochemistry of human neural stem cells.
