Product Overview

Description

The BBB is a highly selective membrane that surrounds the blood vessels in the brain, and it can prevent many molecules, including potentially life-saving drugs, from entering the brain. The anti-GFP BBB Shuttle Antibody is designed to bind to receptors on the surface of cells in the BBB, and once bound, the antibody can cross the BBB and into the brain. This technology has the potential to revolutionize the treatment of brain disorders by enabling drugs to reach the brain more effectively.

Immunogen

Fusion protein amino acids 1-238 (full-length) of jellyfish green fluorescent protein (also known as GFP; accession number P42212)

We offer several options for BBB shuttle antibody design. Antibody construction can be customized according to customer requirements.
