Description
Alz50 is an IgM-class monoclonal antibody that stains the fibrillar pathology (dystrophic neurites, neurofibrillary tangles, and neuropil threads) commonly observed in postmortem histological analysis of Alzheimer's disease (AD)1 brain. Alz50 reacts with tau and that its epitope is located at the N terminus (11-13) of human tau.
