Product Overview

Description

This antibody is specific for conformation dependent epitope. The reactivity depends on both the N terminus (amino acids 7–9), and an amino acid sequence of tau (amino acids 313–322) in the third microtubule binding domain. It can also recognize aggregated tau, and efficiently reduces pathological tau species.
