Description
NRP-0422-P2275 is an IgM-class monoclonal antibody that stains the fibrillar pathology (dystrophic neurites, neurofibrillary tangles, and neuropil threads) commonly observed in postmortem histological analysis of Alzheimer's disease (AD)1 brain. NRP-0422-P2275 reacts with tau and that its epitope is located at the N terminus (11-13) of human tau.
