Figure 1 shows the specificity of tau antibodies raised against the tau peptide p391-409, as determined by immunoblotting of recombinant tau protein phosphorylated in vitro by p42 MAPK or GSK3β.

Figure 2 shows the characterization of the specificity of the tau antibody by immunoblot analysis using whole brain lysates from nTg, tau KO, and PS19 tau Tg mice using actin as a control.

Figure 3 shows immunocytochemistry of representative tau pathology in human AD brain and JNPL3 Tg mice with antibodies PHF17 and PHF20.
