Description

Mouse anti-rat choline acetyltransferase antibody can recognize choline acetyltransferase and stain cholinergic neurons in the brain and central nervous system.
Choline acetyltransferase is an enzyme that exists at the presynaptic terminal of axons. It catalyzes the transfer of the acetyl group of acetyl-CoA to choline to form the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
