I1PP2A, also known as PHAPI and LANP, is an inhibitor of the potent heat-stable protein phosphatase 2A. I1PP2A has been implicated in multiple cellular processes, including apoptosis, differentiation, proliferation, regulation of mRNA trafficking, and the inhibition of acetyltransferases. It is highly expressed in some cancers.
