Description
The Nerve Myelin Sheath Staining Kit provides a safe and better alternative to osmic acid staining for the myelin sheath of peripheral nerves. The kit is non-toxic and easy to use with simple procedures. It provides stable and improved staining quality with minimal overstaining/background and artifacts when used correctly.
The Nerve Myelin Sheath Staining Kit has been tested on frozen and paraffin cross sections of peripheral nerves in several animals and has proven to be very sensitive to reveal morphological details of myelin sheaths.
