Assay Description
The Parkin mitochondrial recruitment assay from Creative Biolabs is based on changes in the localization of two fluorescent proteins; Parkin fluorescent fusion peptide, which changes its localization from the cytoplasm to the outer mitochondrial membrane (OMM); and other fluorescent fusion peptides (MTS-tGFP), which directly interact with OMM combination allows mitochondrial integrity analysis.
