The β-Arrestin GPCR cell line NCL-7P1038 at Creative Biolabs is engineered to co-express PK-labeled GPCR and enzyme receptor (EA) labeled β-Arrestin. Activation of GPCR-PK induces the recruitment of β-Arrestin-EA, forcing the two enzyme fragments to complement each other.
