Description
Rat IL-10 is a homodimeric protein, each 18.7 kDa subunit is 160 amino acid residues in length. IL-10 is an effective inhibitor of several cytokines (including IFNγ, IL-2 and TNF). Interleukin 10 (IL-10) is mainly produced by activated T lymphocytes.
