Description
StemTes™ E is a feeder-free, animal-free medium for human embryonic stem (ES) cells and human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. It is based on the E8 formulation developed by Dr. James Thomson (University of Wisconsin-Madison) laboratory, which is the main research team behind the design of StemTes™ A, StemTes™ A is the most widely published feeder-free medium for pluripotent stem cells .
Like StemTes™ A, StemTes™ E medium also has the highest quality and maintenance level. It contains only the necessary components needed to maintain ES and iPS cells, providing a simpler medium for culturing pluripotent stem cells.
