Description
Sudan Black is a weakly basic dye that binds to acidic groups in complex lipids and therefore also stains phospholipids. Sudan Black B Lipid Staining Kit for lipid and fat staining of formalin-fixed cryosections. It is not suitable for paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Lipids and fats will be stained blue-black, and nuclei will be stained red.
