Description
Creative Biolabs' tissue genomic DNA is isolated from a variety of tissues using a proprietary modified guanidine thiocyanate technology. The quality and purity of genomic DNA was checked by spectrophotometry and electrophoresis. A260/280 between 1.8 and 2.0, A260/230>2.0 (detected in 10 mM Tris-Cl, pH 7.29). Contamination from RNA, polysaccharides and proteoglycans has been effectively eliminated.
