ES-Diff Neuro-27 Medium Supplement is a serum-free antioxidant and other factor supplement that has been specifically developed for the in vitro proliferation and maintenance of undifferentiated mouse embryonic stem cells in serum-free medium. The product can also be used to differentiate mouse ES cells into mitotic neurons through monolayer.

Application Notes

ES-Diff Neuro-27 medium supplement is provided as an aqueous solution. The optimal working concentration of the medium supplement must be determined for the specific use and cell type. In most cases, a dilution of 1: 40-1: 200 is appropriate. Generally, Neuro-27 is diluted at a ratio of 1: 100 to perform self-renewal and neural differentiation of mouse ES cells.
