The β-Arrestin orphan GPCR cell line NCL-7P995 at Creative Biolabs is engineered to co-express PK-labeled GPCR and enzyme receptor (EA) labeled β-Arrestin. Activation of GPCR-PK induces the recruitment of β-Arrestin-EA, forcing the two β-galactosidase fragments (EA and PK) to complement each other.
