Brainbow™ Neuronal Circuit Multicolor Labeling
Neuroscience is a field that constantly seeks innovative technologies to advance our understanding of the nervous system. One such technology that has gained popularity in recent years is neuronal circuit multicolor labeling. This technology is a powerful tool for mapping neural circuits and visualizing the connections between neurons.
Creative Biolabs is committed to providing advanced technologies and services for the neuroscience industry. We provide neuronal circuit multicolor labeling toolbox, which allows the visualization and analysis of complex neuronal circuits in the brain. This technology provides a powerful tool for neuroscientists to better understand the function and dysfunction of the brain.
Brainbow™ Toolbox
Our Neuronal Circuit Multicolor Labeling is achieved based on the Brainbow Toolbox, which is a genetic tool that enables the labeling of individual neurons in the brain with different colors. By using a combination of three fluorescent proteins, namely red, green, and blue, a wide range of different colors can be generated, which allows the visualization of individual neurons in a complex neuronal circuit. The Brainbow Toolbox also needs to be supported by the Cre/loxP recombination system, which allows the targeted expression of the fluorescent proteins in specific neuronal populations. This system can be used in combination with different promoters to target specific neuronal populations. Creative Biolabs provides a comprehensive list of promoters to meet customers' specific research needs.

Brainbow™ Vector/Virus Customization and Optimization
Our Brainbow™ Toolbox can be customized and optimized for specific neuronal populations and brain regions. The vector and virus of Brainbow™ Toolbox is optimized in several aspects including the design and synthesis of the vectors and viruses, as well as the optimization of the expression levels of the fluorescent proteins. We can also optimize the delivery of the vectors and viruses to specific brain regions to achieve the best labeling neural circuit results.
Brainbow™ Applications
Neuronal circuit multicolor labeling has a wide range of applications in neuroscience research. Some of these applications include:
- Mapping Neural Circuits
- Studying Brain Development
- Investigating Neurodegenerative Diseases
