Figure 1 shows the detection of binding ability of ApoA1 monoclonal antibody D11-10. Recombinant human ApoA1 protein was coated on the plate, ApoA1 monoclonal antibody D11-10 was serially diluted, and detected by direct ELISA, wherein the binding force between ApoA1 monoclonal antibody D11-10 and recombinant human ApoA1 protein was 1.73×10-10M.
Figure 2 is the comparison results of clinical samples detected by ApoA1 monoclonal antibody D11-10 and polyclonal antibody.
A: ApoA1 monoclonal antibody D11-10 and ApoA1 immunoturbidimetric kit were used to determine the content of ApoA1 in the samples of the control group and CHD group; b: ApoA1 monoclonal antibody D11-10 and ApoA1 immunoturbidimetric kit were used to determine the content of ApoA1 The ApoA1 content in the HDL-C≥1mM samples of the control group and coronary heart disease group was 1.37g/L (the 90% confidence interval of the control group determined by the ApoA1 monoclonal antibody was used as the cut-off value); 1.00g/L (the ApoA1 detection method described in the clinical test protocol critical value).
Figure 3 shows the comparison of ApoA1 monoclonal antibody D11-10 to the three epitopes of ApoA1 in the CHD group and the control group.
