Description

APX004 binds with high affinity (Kd = 5.3x10"11 M) and specificity to human KDR. APX004 cross reacts with monkey and mouse KDR. APX004 blocks the binding of KDR to VEGF and inhibits KDR phosphorylation, resulting in inhibition KDR downstream signaling and biologic functions, such as endothelial cell proliferation and angiogenesis.
