Description
The NeuroMab™ anti-Phospho-Src Family (Tyr416) antibody detects endogenous levels of Src, Fyn, Lyn, Lck, Hck, and Yes only when phosphorylated at Tyr416, Tyr420, Tyr397, Tyr394, Tyr411, and Tyr426, respectively. This antibody only minimally recognizes phosphorylated Blk and Fgr.
Expression Host
Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr397 of human Lyn protein.
