Figure 1 shows that 932 and 983 anti-Nav1.7 mAbs reduce the frequency of electrically induced DRG spikes in vitro.
PBS1x, recombinant S100A9, C-terminal and C1 to C7 peptides (50 ng/well) were coated on 96-well plates. Add 100 μl of cell culture supernatant of 11 rabbit blocking anti-S100A9 to the wells. Monoclonal antibody binding was shown using HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody. Both mAbs bind to the C7 peptide.
Figure 2 shows that anti-Nav1.7 monoclonal antibody 983 reduces the frequency of electrically induced DRG spikes in vitro.

Monoclonal antibody binding was shown using HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody. Both mAbs bind to the C7 peptide.
Figure 3a shows the automated patch-clamp analysis of recombinant human Nav1.7 channels expressed in HEK cells. 983 mAb produces dose-dependent inhibition of Nav1.7 currents.
