Description
The Total GPCR Internalization cell line NCL-7P1058 at Creative Biolabs is designed to co-express the PK labeled GPCR and the enzyme receptor (EA) label located on the plasma membrane. The activation of GPCR-PK induces the internalization of the receptor, thereby dissociating the EA/PK complementation and leading to the loss of chemiluminescence signal.
