Figure 1 is a bar graph of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) results depicting IL-6 expression levels in human PMBC in the presence or absence of TLR1 mAb (GD2.F4) or TLR2 mAb (11G7) araLAM or PaM3CSK4 existence or non-existence.

Lysates of 1 × 106 mouse RAW264.7 macrophages or HEK293 cells, 1 μg of each antibody indicated and 20 μl of protein G beads (Santa Cruz, CA, USA) were mixed for pelleting. Immune complexes were analyzed by immunoblot analysis using Flag or murine TLR2-specific antisera.

Figure 2 is a graph depicting the results of experiments in which IL-8 expression levels (pg/ml) were determined in the presence of different concentrations of control antibody (OKT8), anti-CD14 (26ic), anti-TLR1 (GD2.F4), anti-TLR2 ( TL2.1), and anti-TLR1 and anti-TLR2.

The concentration of TLR1 and TLR2 antibodies was 0.2 μg/ml. Different concentrations of isotype control or anti-CD14 antibody were used.
