Mouse anti-human CD281 antibody, recognizes human Toll-like receptor 1, also known as CD281 or Toll/interleukin-1 receptor-like protein. CD281 is a single-pass type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein protein with 786 amino acids and about 90 kDa, expressed by peripheral blood leukocytes and tissues such as spleen and thymus. CD281 plays an important role in the innate immune response to microbial pathogens
