Description
The NeuroMab™ anti-Acetyl-Histone H2B (Lys5) antibody recognizes endogenous levels of histone H2B only when acetylated at Lys5. This antibody does not cross-react with other acetylated histones.
Expression Host
Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding acetylated Lys5 of human histone H2B protein.
