Description
The NeuroMab™ anti-Phospho-Jak1(Tyr1034/1035) antibody recognizes endogenous levels of Jak1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1034/1035. This antibody also detects Jak1 when phosphorylated at just Tyr1034. Human Jak1 residues Tyr1034 and Tyr1035 historically have been referenced as Tyr1022 and Tyr1023.

Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr1034/1035 of human Jak1 protein.
