Indirect ELISA was used to detect muBL356(lC8) in PBS and serum. Data are expressed as mean percent binding ± SEM (n=3). The shift in the dose-response curve indicates that quantitative data can be obtained if the control and experimental samples contain equivalent serum concentrations.
