OriNeu™ C57BL/6 mouse neural stem cells/GFP are derived from the brain hippocampus of 12.5-day-old C57BL/6 mice with GFP fluorescent gene, cultured in the form of suspended neurospheres, and cryopreserved at low passages. It can be used as a cell model for proliferation, aging, immunity, differentiation and transplantation studies.

2. Cell resuscitation viability test results: resuscitation survival rate> 50%.
3. Cell cycle detection results: doubling cycle < 72 h.
4. Immunofluorescence detection results: Nestin (> 75%), no GFAP, Tubulin (< 10%).
