The cloned human CCR1 expression cell line at Creative Biolabs was prepared in the Chem-1 host, which supports high-level expression of recombinant CCR1 on the cell surface and contains high levels of promiscuous G protein Ga15 to couple the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway.Therefore, this cell line is an ideal tool for screening antagonists of the interaction between CCR1 and its ligand.
