Description
The cloned cell line established at Creative Biolabs expressing human CCR7 was prepared in the Chem-1 host. It supports a high level of recombinant CCR7 expression on the cell surface and contains a high level of promiscuous G protein Gα16 to couple the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway.Therefore, this cell line is an ideal tool for screening antagonists of the interaction between CCR7 and its ligand.
