The cloned human CCR4 expressing cell line at Creative Biolabs was prepared in the Chem-5 host. It supports a high level of recombinant CCR4 expression on the cell surface and contains a high level of promiscuous G protein to couple the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway.Therefore, this cell line is an ideal tool for screening antagonists of the interaction between CCR4 and its ligand.
