Description
The cloned ChemiScreen cells established at Creative Biolabs expressing the human CCR3 receptor are constructed by stably transfecting Chem-1 cells with CCR3 and contain high levels of promiscuous G protein Ga15 to couple the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway.These stability-tested cells are ready for fluorescence detection of CCR3 receptor agonists, antagonists and modulators.
