Description
Early passage human meningeal cells were used to create the total RNA known as HMC tRNA. The amount of total RNA was measured using a DU 800 UV/Vis spectrophotometer. Total RNA saves time and money for researchers by removing the requirement to purchase pricey tissue in order to isolate RNA.
