Product Overview

Description

Human pia mater is used to isolate human meningeal cells (HMC). At P1, HMCs were supplied frozen after being cryopreserved. Each vial has a volume of 1 ml and 500 000 cells. Immunofluorescence is used to identify HMCs; these cells are positive for fibronectin and negative for Thy 1.1, GFAP, and -smooth muscle actin. HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi are all absent from HMC. Under some circumstances, HMC promises a further population increase of 15, doubling it.
