Description
Human pia mater was used to isolate the HMC at Creative Biolabs. The HMC is transported frozen from P0 where it is kept frozen. Immunofluorescence is used to identify HMCs; these cells are positive for fibronectin and negative for Thy 1.1, GFAP, and -smooth muscle actin. HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungus are all absent from HMC. Under the circumstances outlined by Creative Biolabs, HMC promises a further increase of 15 population doublings.
